I remember John’s “Revolution” playing one day as I arrived at my polling place and thinking “wow, I’m even farther to the left than he was”. Based entirely on that one song, he would have had no more patience with the Occupy people than with the Teabaggers.

I remember reading once about a small country (a Russian satalite) where the government was ordered to make stamps comemorating Marx and Linin, the resulting stamps comemorated Groucho and John.
