who’s going to have the last laugh when Jason’s kites get entangled with each other?

The first thing that came to mind was good ol’ C.B. In the last panel I can picture Linus holding all those kits, though I don’t recall him trying to spoil things for Charlie or show him up.

Now I want to see a seventies, Golden Harvest-style martial arts movie, but about kitefighting.

Where’s a kite eating tree when you need one?

I thought windmill farms used up all the wind.

Pretty sure it doesn’t work that way.

Yes you can hog he wind. I know because I’ve done it. Was out sailing one day and two of us were on the same tack as we passed by a guy trying to learn how to sailboard. First boat passed, took his wind, he went splash. He got back up on his board, got his sail up. Second boat passed, took his wind, he went splash. Since land was coming up we both tacked onto a reverse course. He went splash two more times. Poor guy looked like he didn’t have a clue as to what happened.

The Foxes need to be closer to a capital city. There would be no shortage of wind and hot air.

Well, Andy forced him to get off his devices and play outside for once, so I think he’s just trying to be forced back inside.
