I just love this strip. It’s sweet and sentimental without being cloying.

The least thing Red needs is much sun. I got sunburned badly at least twice at that age. And I had no dog or cat.

I grew up that way. A girl & her dog. Mine was a Golden Boarder Collie named Candy that I found. The Vet couldn’t believe it when we came in with her. She ran with me by my bike always & to this day she is in my memory to stay! I loved her so!
