Apparently, this is something that happens often.

And it still does.

I think Alex may have heard a similar “talk” in the past.

Oh, yeah, times have changed. . .at least when I was a kid, I could only be bullied to my face and at school. . .now kids can do it online. . .what is the MATTER with people????

For the times, they are a-changin’

The times may have changed but human nature remains essentially the same. Unfortunately that leads to mean people raising mean children who grow up to raise mean children.
