Now I get it:The famous saying “Park the car in the Harvard Yard” is pronounced with a Boston accent in this way: “Pahk the cah in the Hahvahd Yahd”.

Where ‘Talk Like A Pirate Day’ is never celebrated.

They are liable to land on you wherever you go, but especially Boston, Cambridge, & the Cape.

Where you might find a sign saying: ’Hahvahd Yahd – No Pahking."

Don’t they say “idear” there? As in “I had no idear.”

I can only think of the hyper Latina named “Charo” trying to say that word. Gotta take a short walk now.
