Always good not to kill paying customers. As a general rule…

Unless people below a certain age banned from certain seats….a lawyer WILL win a case eventually.

There is plenty of time to talk and look around during a baseball game. When the ball is in play, pay attention. Balls and bats in the stands are inevitable, but no one needs to be hit in the head. If you absolutely cannot defend yourself, sit in the outfield and let the person next to you catch the home run.

The latest “cupcake” is still in a Houston hospital with a fractured skull and seizures.

The seats along the foul lines have always been seats that people wanted to get a great view of the game and have a chance to catch a foul ball. Young children or anyone else that doesn’t pay attention to the game should be barred from those seats. Now that rich people can pay for them and drag their little ones with them are we seeing more injuries. You what to spend that much, get seats behind home plate where nets already exist. Unfortunately the lawyers will probably prevail and the entire field will be netted.
