Paper Bag Day (I use one every day at work – a paper lunch sack)

Eat Your Jello Day (another dessert I need to make?)

National Pecan Pie Day (and another dessert, but I won’t be making this one).

Lunch with friends was good yesterday and my dessert, a caramel & chocolate chip cookie bar, was a hit.

Guess the lawyer and client are gonna have to eat “crow!”

Thursday is my weekly eat dinner out night. Last night I had my first lasagna in a year that wasn’t Stouffer’s. I am taking my doctor’s advice and ignoring all the other advice about what to eat and not eat. He thinks most of my problems are in my head.
