Any good restorer could turn a ’48 Chevy in that shape into a cherry resto with not too much problem!

Don’t see the point of this item. CA just got an agreement with 4 car companies to improve mileage. Breen should be current and not wallow in past issues.

Before Gov Brown’s first terms in the 70s everybody had to register their vehicles in February. And stand in line to do it. He had some changes made that streamlined many processes. Many complain, but things have been improving year after year. And when you realize that for many years after Brown, 24 of 28, the state had conservative republican governors that showed little interest in the DMV.

This could be written for the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles. They sat on several thousand out of state violations and requests for revocations for 16 months. Just put them in bins and placed them in a room……..

Until earlier this month when one of those killed 7 motorcyclists in New Hampshire. Then they blamed it on Connecticut……until Connecticut showed proof that they followed the law and Mass screwed up…..again.
