Let me see, Tim Allen is the voice, so it’s much more likely to be some kind of powder than liquid.

puddleglum, before he got famous (1978-81), Tim Allen served prison time for dealing cocaine. I don’t know if it’s WIDELY known, but it’s not a secret or a recent revelation.
In the original “Toy Story”, Buzz got hammered on Darjeeling at a tea party with Sid’s little sister and her headless dolls. I thought they missed a bet in the merchandising by not selling the “Mrs. Nesbitt’s Tea Party Action Set”, with a one-armed Buzz wearing a floral-print apron and hat. I know I’D have bought one.

Fritz: he also got nailed while his sitcom was going down. Took a minor trip to the Charlie Sheen farm. Not as bad as the habit he had pre-fame. Crushed his marriage though. I thought all that was kind of common knowledge, but he’s Western Michigan guy and I guess just Broncos like my brother keep up.

About the cartoon itself, “inebriety” is kind of a clunky word, even though “inebriate” and “inebriated” are common enough. I think “To insobriety…AND BEYOND!” might have been a better choice, even if it isn’t quite a synonym.
