What good would a new contract do? It is clear that professional sports contracts aren’t really worth the paper that they are written on. Nobody, not the players or the owners, seem to want to live up to what has been agreed upon. The really great players, never seem to have issues.
All parties should adhere to any contract they signed, otherwise they shouldn’t be paid or be subject civil legal penalties. Zeke has a contract that runs for 2 more years. A person/company that can’t uphold a legal contract can’t be trusted.
