that’s what i did. i adopted my rescue Min Pin on my husband’s birthday, who died 13 yrs ago, and made my rescue’s birthday that same day; 2 great memories rolled into one.
Luckily, my rescues adoption came with papers about his medical history and his actual birthday. We were fortunate. He just celebrated his 3D birthday 2 weeks ago.
