    Just another hint that ERB was getting paid by the word. Anybody’s guess after that. A monsoon? Volcano eruption? (Don’t see many of those in the desert). Earthquake? Meteorite? I could go on…

    Dorian has exited the Atlantic and now resides in the sandy desert of Africa, or are those a plague of biting gnats Sam hired to slow Tarzan down?

    It just dawned on me Tarzan is a long, long way from home. I can’t pull up how the arrived in what has to be north of Africa as the French Foreign Legion, was mostly between Algeria and Sudan, and a bit south if this is the Sahara. Although it has not been established, to my recollection which modern African nation he called home, it had to be Central West Africa – Angola or the Congo. That is one heck of a detour, about 1,200 mile (3,000).
