My husband used to do that. If my day was good, his was bad. If my day was bad, his was worse. If mine was REALLY bad, he’d say, “Well, don’t take it out on me.” Thankfully, that stopped years ago. (Of course, what helps is that, with his working 3rd shift, both of our days end when the other is just waking up…so there’s no basis of comparison! LOL)
