Edcole1961, not a chance! This is the big topic of conversation with parents around here – our kids refuse to wear coats. We had to make a rule that they wear a coat at 10 degrees. They grumbled, took the coats – and left them at school.
Now we say, “You want to freeze? Fine by me.”
“Stop whining, it’s only another eight miles and we’ll be home.”
Appearing “Cool” to people you neither like nor trust and probably hate is more important than suffering major physical damage.
