Been there, done that.

I was traumatized by that when I was little. For a long time, I would stand as far as I could from the bowl, reach for the flusher, then run out the door as fast as I could.

I don’t want to think what would come out of you, Aunty. It would destroy that person’s house!

…and then panic sets in! ;o0

I blame those stupid “less-water” flushing toilets. I’m forced to flush twice ever since those came into being. I know, TMI… ☺

Flushing any toilet and the water rises, scares me.

How high’s the water, Mama? 10 feet high and rising.

It scares me when the water keeps rising and it’s my OWN toilet.

Happened to me when I was invited to “meet the parents” for a Sunday lunch. I dropped a log in the downstairs loo not having been told the flush didn’t work properly… Her mother was a dead ringer for Margaret Thatcher. Oddly we didn’t last long together after that.

You must be constipated. Take your Metamucil®!

What scares me is that the people who Own the House pretty much Had to Know that the toilet was backed up.
