    Given that this is Ballard Street, this project could have taken a different turn. Reggie could have had a cherub doing the irrigation, for example.

    Art is whatever you can get away with. An artist in San Jose, Ca got away with a statue of dog poop. Do a google “Dog poop statue San Jose, CA” to see what I mean. The url is too long to force you to look at.
