What was he expecting, a barber shop quartet?

Maybe he was hoping for more space between the tables? Anyone needing to squeeze into that narrow path is going to have a hard time lining up a shot.

I have a nephew who organizes groups of men to go out and commune with nature (His wife does the female side). They sing and stuff, I don’t know, but pretty sure billiards are not part of the picture.

Seriously, who puts pool tables outside? That’s odd even for Ballard Street standards.

It looks a lot like Drew Carey’s back yard.

Those devoted used to go on about how they really felt the game, but I guess they cover the tables in something else now!

My men’s group mostly drinks beer and watches war movies.

I think Bud was hoping the mens group would be like the one they had at college where a Toga party was a weekly thing.
