    I had to live with my aunt and uncle for a year. My aunt taught me some basic cooking skills and then let me experiment. The only rule was that I had to eat what I cooked. The brown fried eggs were not that bad. :)

    I made Polynesian Porkchops on Saturday. Butterfly chops with stuffing and pineapple, mandarin oranges and a maraschino cherry. Wrapped in foil and cook for 35 minutes on the grill. Yum.
