I see that Boone’s Farm is trying a new marketing ploy.

And it comes in a handy brown paper bag at no extra charge!

Where? Where do I get it? Uh, er, inquiring for a friend.

Better get two, the day is long.

The real question: What is he thinking about it? We’re all so ready to think the worst of him. Admittedly, that comes from a lifetime of knowing Norton, but still … … people can change.

He’s sporting a hat and raincoat/overcoat, what looks like a jacket underneath that, and carrying a briefcase! Yes, I know it likely contains naught but lunch. Symbols are important.

Now I’m going to be wondering which wine you pair with EggaMuffin.

A nice sparkling wine so I can make mimosas.

Since it is breakfast something sweet, since it is still winter that makes it Port weather. Ruby is more fruity than Tawney, so I would recommend a Ruby Port. After breakfast a nice Calvados (Apple Brandy). Oh what the hey just skip the breakfast and drink. Norton looks like he could use some hair of the dog.

He’s thinking they do that in France!

A loaf of bread, a jug of wine, and… Scooter!?

Seems to be a pretty small bottle though, doubtful if it would make it past morning break.

Back in the day Seattle had a bar called “The Mirror.” just down the street from Pike Place Market. The walls were all mirrors and behind the bar was a set of shelves. Every bottle on the shelf was MD20-20. It opened at 6 a.m. and served the DT suffering street people. It deserved a spot in a Hieronymous Bosch painting of the circles of hell.

Norton knows it’s good to get an early start on the benefits of C2H6O!
