This even got me thinking of eating some candy and I don’t even like the stuff. Luckily the only candy in the house are cough drops.
We have a ton of candy in the house at all times. We find that scarcity makes for binge noshing. When it’s always there, it’s easier to ignore. This won’t work for everyone, but it does for us.

Yes, I buy candy for Halloween that I do like. I can ignore most of it until Halloween, and I will eventually eat what is left over.
