That’s what Robin was basically for. That’s why he dressed in bright red and yellow, to draw the attention of the bad guys while the “Dark Knight” slipped up on them from behind.
You know, I really always did wonder what DC was thinking when they thought to bring in Robin as Batman’s sidekick. Putting a minor in harm’s way fighting the most dangerous criminals issue after issue?
It’s no surprise really one of them was eventually viciously beaten to death by the psychopath Joker. What was Batman (ie DC) thinking?
