I’ve done that. It’s amazing how time compresses in a panic. It was gym class, playing football. I was the shortest and probably 2nd lightest kid in the class. I was running down field to cover the kick-off and was blindsided by a blocker. I remember sailing through the air, looking down and thinking both, “this is really cool” and “the landing is gonna suck.”
