I’m new to this comic (but based on what I’ve read I intend to stay). But I have a question of logic. From what I got (but I can be mistaken, I didn’t catch up with the whole story yet) Hubbs does believe that Al is a man and he is not aware that Al is in fact Ellie. Therefore, how can Al/Ellie wonder why Hubbs is not proposing? Does she think that Hubbs would propose to a man? Or does she think that he actually knows that Al is a woman and he is just pretending? Or has she forgotten that she is appearing as a man at the moment?

Al/Ellie, the cards ain’t worth nothin’ if you don’t play ’em.

What kind of town do they live in if they have to go to Vegas to get mugged?

Bea, Panel #2 is perfect. Hubbs in love, Ellie looking hot, and Ellie/Al fuming. Ellie you need to Transform, and if you forgot how, Sailor Moon is there to help!

Is it possible for this story line to be stretched any thinner? It’s like watching it fall into a black hole and being reduced to a ever-thinner thread, to infinity and beyond.

Looks like Ellie is reaching the breaking point. She needs to go back to their room, rip off that man-boy outfit and put a dress on. Then go up to Hubbs and grab him by his elephant ears and plant a big kiss on him. And where is the rest of the gang.
