Lottie and her mum look alike. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her before. As evil as she has to be. Maybe the apple fell close to the tree.

Real estate motivated 90% of Scooby=Doo villains.

And an eye appeared on the map…. what a weird coincidence!

I like the way her hair is drawn in the last panel. It almost looks like she has spouted a devilish goatee.

It looks like Lotties mom just drew the “All Seeing Eye” on the town map.

What’s with the Cruella deVille hair, Lottie’s Mum?

Also, “only as evil as we need to be” sounds entirely TOO accurate to that and many other related trades…

“Only as evil as we need to be” is basically Google’s new motto.

Mum is looking pretty chic these days, with that fancy hairdo and trendy jumpsuit.

It’s interesting that Lottie’s and her Mom’s poses are so similar in most of the frames, especially frame 6.

There are good estate agents and honest estate agents, but no honest agents that are good.

Question: Momma Grote has poured herself a glass of red wine. Seems to me that I’ve only seen red wine in the Tackleverse, never white. Does anyone remember white wine being drunk?

Karen’s looking a lot more chic than she did when the sewer guy lived with her. Gentrification seems to suit her!
