It may seem like a double standard but when it comes to weight issues women are more sensitive to criticism. It’s not men who wonder if their pants make their butt look big. Every diet program I see is geared to women. There are plenty of overweight men but in just about every ad about weight loss it’s a woman they show. Also women are judged more harshly if she’s overweight. It’s a sensitive issue.
