    When I was a kid, we had a neighbor who was a retired gentleman from the NE who came to the Suncoast to spend his senior years near his grand-kids. His 2 favorite jokes;

    1) I used to have over 10,000 people under me where I worked up north. (He was a superintendent of a city’s cemeteries, one of the Boston suburbs).

    2) I had a great day on the course this morning; I almost shot par and had a hole in one! When questioned he said he got the ace on the tricky 7th hole where you had to hit the golf ball through a windmill and down the hill.

    Funny how strips like this bring back cool memories. Rest in peace Mr Anastasi!

    Way, way back when the idea of miniature golf first started (not really sure when that was), Dallas had a small course called “Wee St. Andrews.” !8 holes, I think, but just some winding paths of gravel up to the holes. Primitive, but still fun. Don’t think it’s around anymore. Still had to use putters, though.

    Mini golf is a lot more fun than regular golf. It’s a lot more challenging.

    Why is Edith wearing a vest with Peri’s name on it instead of her name?
