My Janis goes crazy every year at this time. I try to find places to hide until about January 15.

I believe 2029 is the next year when Thanksgiving falls on November 22.

Got all my decorating done between Friday and Saturday, plus cleaning too. I am a happy person.

Christmas season and decorating clearly started well before Thanksgiving this year, judging by the shops. God help me, I’ve already heard that ((_&^% drummer boy twice.

Shoulda started at Halloween, that’s when all the stores changed over to seasonal deco.

It annoys me so much, I intentionally wait til the 24th.

And she’s unhappy about this? I’m thrilled. One week less of that drummer boy.

Hey! Auburn beat the Tide yesterday. JJ must be happy.

10 weeks up here between Thanksgiving and Xmas. Icicle lights up Nov. 1st. Exterior decorations up yesterday, interior decorations up today. Tree on the 18th and decorated on the 21st/22nd. My ex would panic this time of year. Present wife has it all planned out with no panic and no drama. Life is good.

Arlo, keep your mouth shut.

Not that it really matters…it is just the two of them. You know their son and his family won’t be home.

Arlo isn’t one for decorations.

As if I feel like celebrating Christmas this month since my mother died in July. Didn’t feel like Thanksgiving the other day because of her being gone.

Same this year. Doesn’t matter when the stores start pushing Christmas at Labor Day.
