What works for me is running songs in my head that the bands I was in played back in the mid 70,s to mid 80,s.

Three potato, four,
Five potato, six potato,
Seven potato, snorrrrrrrre"
Funny how back then no one made anything of two men in bed together
Reminds me, time for a nap.
