Strange what entertained people back then. I don’t meant what entertains the kid in the comic. . I mean the readers regarding this as humorous. The top 3 panels just seem like nothing. The bottom 3, however, are really timeless – but you have to take in all three panels at once.

Why oh why do you deliberately downsize the image so those of us who want to read the text cannot do so without straining our eyes?
Please make the image of greater resolution so we can read the text after manipulating the image.
