That “refreshes the head” has never worked for me. Perhaps it’s only with American beers

I’m lost here. Can anyone explain this to me?

I have an aquarium in every room. Plus a few cats.

My Mother is on an “increased salt diet” So, per her doctor’s orders she has to add salt to her meals, and take a salt pill too. It is literally a compressed rock of salt that has broken the pill splitter, however it crushes nicely and she is able to take it that way.

This in and of itself would not hurt my feelings, except one of the children I nanny is on a “eat Nutella 2-3 times a week” diet. And yep, this too is per doctor’s orders.
