He’s distracted by the confetti.

Since he’s so dumb she needs to tap him on the shoulder and when he turns around she should kiss him.

Yep, Echo needs to take the initiative here. Kiss her, you mooch!

Echo how long have you known Norman. The boy is not to bright. You must take charge grab the bull by the horns and go for it.

Just whack him upside the head and kiss him already!

Norm is a mo-ron as Reba would put it.

That boy’s a danger to humanity!

I had a manger who commented on an employee who was a total waste “He’s using up oxygen that a productive person could be using”.

Echo, sometimes you have to go first.

She should just go for it. Guys can be so slow on these things. Ask me how I know. LOL
