The seagull is back!

I sense another misadventure about to happen.

I don’t think even Spud quite knows anymore at this point.

Our street was the only hill in a flat town. They blocked the street for sledders. We had a 3 block run and they sanded the 4th block before you got to the highway.

Several times a day, he asks himself “Is this really the hill I want to die on?”

Why don’t you just settle for Charlie Brown’s pitchers mound?

Yesterday, I dragged my snow sled to the neighborhood park where I sat and enjoyed a nice book and some iced tea in the warm January sunshine.

Why’s Neptune in the center panel?

Poor Spud

That must be his dad’s sled. Does anyone even make that kind of sled any more? Seems like vid clips on the news only show kids sitting in a saucer or on an inner tube-style “sled”. Where’s the thrill in that? Where’s the speeeed???

I live near a lake and the hill to the second dock is so steed it gradually turns into a small cliff/ledge
