Ever try cat wrapping? Just wind a scarf snugly (but not tightly) around a cat’s midsection, not trying to impinge on its legs or anything, set it down, and watch it try to walk.
Poor kitty. You should get him a nice knitted turtle neck with sleeves to wear. I think he’d like that. They even have ones that have sleeves included for the back legs. (It does leave important areas open so kitty can take care of ‘business.’
