Well, on the bright side, they’re not going to be able to fine him for breaking the rule.

The bear must have just finished, the carrion birds aren’t even there yet

Why? Is it because they are messy eaters?

Oy! In PA, few years back, a bear ate a little girl while picnicking with her family. The authorities hunted for the bear and after a few encounters, finally found her remains in one of the bears stomach

I don’t know how anyone could cope with that‼️☹️

Whether or not people heed the warning remains to be seen.
