Man. I never get no good customer feedback. They just keep complaining about the missing food and picanic baskets even after enjoying all the while in their camps. Some people have no gratitude!

and…. drink coffee whenever possible..

We have this “secret box” at work. It’s electronic and supposedly anonymous. Most have learned not to use it unless you have something complimentary to say. I have doubts about its anonymity.

Poor Cat almost looks a bit worried until he reads the notes.

Nice of him to worry about Cat’s retirement…..which I hope is a long way off.

That’s when you know you’re doing a good work.

Honest positive feedback is such a nice thing – and the effects can last for decades, just like the negative sort!
