Instead of “boring” exercise, try a sport. Then it’s like being a kid and having fun. Walk with friends. Play tennis/pickleball. Ride a “real” bike. Ice skate, if you’ve done it when young. I hate gyms. But I love to skate, swim and walk. Doesn’t feel like “exercise”.
