I’m 67 and get carded at Kroger’s, which is why I won’t buy my beer there.

In the Outer Banks (OBX) of North Carolina when you buy any alcohol at a restaurant, you get carded. Get over it . I’m 74 and I get the same treatment that a 24 year old gets and I don’t mind.

I think managers, due to past alcohol legal issues, just tell their employees to card everyone; no exceptions.

Never could understand about showing a Costco card going in, you can’t buy anything without a card.

I was carded at Wynn Dixie and I’m 70. Made me take my license out so they could scan it. I’ve stopped shopping there period.

Most places scan the bar code on the back.

At my age, getting carded is the highest compliment I can think of. Even the cashiers and clerks who ask get a giggle out of it. One young lady even apologized to me, because I asked her to hold my cane while I fished out my wallet and drivers’ license.

Costco – another thing I don’t get.

Half the time it’s data mining

Sorry, but it is just moronic to require carding of people who are blatantly over 21 to buy booze.

I like to think they’re carding us for the senior discount, which I never seem to get.

What a coinkydink. I got carded at Costco today too.

Never been to Costco.
