How do you discover a “new” galaxy? Aren’t all galaxies by definition, “used”?

Okay, this Alien Invasion is getting a bit confusing. They both look like Bleeb so that would indicate maybe a Bleeb and Bleebett? Or is Dalcon just in disguise.
