Reminds me of how my wife looked after she tried some chicken salad from our local Baja Ranch market, not realizing that those Mexicanos put diced jalapeños in it. I thought it was very tasty; good thing for her they didn’t use serranos.
Hmm – We regularly put flavored tuna in our church’s Little Free Pantry. Trying to remember whether “Sriracha” appears on some packets.
