Well, Venus is immortal, so… .

I couldn’t figure out the background art at first, then I realized the subject must be Pygmalion.

This one is by Jean-Leon Gerome. That’s Cupid in the upper right of the painting.

Nice touch, Justin. And the painting really goes with the dialogue in the 2nd panel.

Why did she throw Sir Dudley out through the stained glass window?

Venus, it is just like that when you find God.

Surely Venus will never die.

Love will never die.

Love will exist as long as there are complex beings exist and use it.

Death is such a killjoy…

Sir Dudley seems to have a Guilty conscience.

When we’re children, love is a mystery…until we grow up, then it’s REALLY a mystery!

Gotta say this for the Grim Reaper: he certainly knows how to get rid of an unwanted Third Wheel. Sweet on Venus, GR?

What happens when we die? … A whole new reality is opened up to us and we are forever changed :)

And that is a nice “what” look for Death.
