Gee, I’d hate think this was just a cartoon parody of the movie, but it does seem that the invisibility serum is corrupting Monty’s mental faculties (such as they were) much as happened to The Invisible Man (1933), Claude Rains (as Dr. Jack Griffin). It’s the monocane! Monty is doomed! The popo will get him!
