Most of you know, Sisyphus was the guy whose punishment in Hades was to push a huge boulder to the top of a high mountain. But every time it got there, (as Homer told it), “The relentless boulder came bounding back down the side of the mountain,” and he had to repeat this task for all eternity. A line famous for its onomatopoeia in both Greek and English. Now, I’d be glad to repeat it in Greek (but with English letters) for you to “hear” it, mainly so I can show off.
