I’d be in favor of a “voter test” system IF I trusted the folks who would make it to be fair. And (in that impossible world) if Millie could pass it, she could vote.
It’s true, there are people who are stupider than pancreas-eating Millie. In fact, I recently got into an argument with someone who literally said, and I quote: “Because everything’s better off being politically-incorrect, snowflake.” Seriously. That’s a real opinion expressed by a real person. He wasn’t even apologetic about it.
