We were at a steak house surrounded by feedlots and packing plants. They hadn’t paid their butcher bill and had no steaks in the cooler. The waitress, manager, and I spent 20 minutes doing the cheese shop skit while going through the steak menu. They only had hamburgers, potatoes, and beer.
