Too much sugar for me, (I’m a type II diabetic). Now a thick grilled rib-eye steak smothered in sauteed onions and mushrooms, still not good for you, but I will take it.
Ten years ago I had one of those that came with the company healthcare plan. I found that flopping it back and forth like a sugar packet racked up the steps like crazy.
I remember an old Porky Pig cartoon where he was watching an exercise show: “Up, in, out, down!” He decided to exercise somewhat differently, and ate while moving his spoon “up, in, out, down” and then back up……
What a coincidence. Just 4 days ago my friend posted on her Facebook page “I just discovered petting my cat counts as steps on my Fitbit. I’m unstoppable now.”
I can never get how people want to gobble up treats like sundaes (or any other caloric treat). I can’t eat things like that very often, so when I do, I SAVOR them.

I got a laugh how people do stuff like that. They may be fooling their Fitbit or whatever program they’re into, but they’re not fooling their bodies.

Want to give your fitbit a nervous breakdown? Take it to a hardware store and hook it up to the paint can shaker.

I always enjoy my fitbit announcing 10,000 steps – as I sit back in my recliner.

I filled in for the drummer in our band once and boy, did I rack up the steps!

My FitBit and Mrs. Baker’s FitBit can’t agree on anything.
