looks like he got a couple wrong pieces. guess he should have stuck to the twigs, feathers, dog and cat hair, dryer lint, thread, and other items birds use to make their own nests.
Ah, yes, the cartoonist admitting her defeat at assemble-it-yourself items again. Some folks just don’t get the hang of it, but for others it is easy. Different minds, I guess. I say — if you have difficulty with it — team up with someone fr whom it is easy. My sister did that. She was frustrated and had someone “read” her the instructions from a pictures-only manual. It worked!

Not from IKEA….ordered it from some third-party Amazon dealer. It came from China…..just hope it isn’t contaminated with COVID-19.
