I always assumed that butt sniffing was a breach of catiquette, based on a previous female cat walloping a neighbours big male when he tried to do it to her. But my present pair do it to each other all the time.
I can imagine Fiona would object because she is a lady. Stumpy, because the neighbourhood bad boy, doesn’t take guff from a hound. I wonder how Patty reacted?
