There’s a small factor people neglect. Short hours = short pay. When people budget for 40 hrs. pay and suddenly they’re getting paid for 35 hr, that’s a 12.5% decrease in pay. For example, $10/hr it drops $50/week or $2600/yr. Time for a second job, which negates the reasoning for short hours. Just making a point.
