How did the frog even survive in that pepper?

Apparently the frog was surviving on the peppers seeds.

I am not too surprised at the hog hair tooth brush, I still prefer to use a boar bristle shaving brush, as opposed to a synthetic one, and when the bristles start to wear out and break (after several years of daily use) the stubble left is nearly indestructible.

Interesting about the frog. I’ve read of lizards in spinach cans, etc.. but a live animal in an intact bell pepper.. wow.
