My dad bought a ‘57 plymouth. BIG car. That summer he took the family on a 6000 trip to visit family and my Dad’s marine corps friends.

And maybe add some road signs warning about the dangerous curves ahead.

When I look more closely at that curve, it looks rather smooth and slightly elevated in the right direction. So, John is due for a speeding ticked.

Did he even change his snow feet to summer feet?

I graded a sidewalk in the two half-days I did cement work. My two experienced co-workers kept looking at me oddly, and one finally said “Are you sure you’ve done this before?” “I’ve never done cement work before, and I never told anybody I had!” I replied honestly, and that was the end of that, but whenever I go by my home town’s library, I can point to a wall, a sidewalk, and a fountain that I worked on.

First panel got me confused. Yesterday they said they wanted the road to go to the girls’ cave; I naturally thought that was the curves they wanted to grade…
